What time is check in and check out?

Check in starts from 15:00 and check out is by 10:00.

 

Will you keep our baggage?

Yes, between 07:00 to 22:00.

 

●Do you have parking?

●Do you provide shuttle service to nearest train stations?

Yes, JR Nagaokakyo, Hankyu Nishiyama Tennozan and Keihan Yodo.

 

●Provide us with city bus information.

From JR Nagaokakyo station, take #48 or #90 bus from bus stop #1 for 10 minutes and disembark at Choshi bus stop.

From Keihan Yodo station, take #90 bus for 15 minutes and disembark at Choshi bus stop.

 

●How far is it from the nearest train stations by foot?

From JR Nagaoka station – 20 minutes, Hankyu Nishiyama Tennozan station – 5 minutes and Keihan Yodo station – 35 minutes.

 

●Do you provide courier service?

Yes, we are contracted with Yamato Unyu “Kuroneko Yamato” at special price.

 

●Do you provide massage service?

Yes, from \3,000 per 30 minutes: Oil Massage, Foot Massage, Japanese “Anma” and Aroma Therapy. Please reserve your time when booking your room reservation or at check in.

 

●Do you allow single occupancy?

Unfortunately, we accept double to quadruple occupancy. However, we do make exceptions depending on season with special conditions, for more information please contact us.

 

●How far in advance do you accept reservations?

Up to 6 months in advance.

 

●What are the times of telephone reservations?

From 09:00 to 20:00.

 

●Do you charge cancellation fees?

Yes, as listed below:

   ●day before arrival 20%

   ●day of arrival 80%

   ●no show 100%

 

●Do you accept prepayment?

Yes, by credit card or bank transfer

 

●Do you allow pets?

Unfortunately, no pets or other animals are allowed.

 

●Do you allow blocking preferred floor and/or room when making reservation?

Unfortunately, we accept requests only with no guarantee.

 

●Do you allow children to stay at your property?

We don't take children under 12 years old. Children over 13 years old, please book the same rate with adults.

 

●Do you keep baggage sent by courier service prior to check in?

Yes, for only paid courier service and please fill in your arrival date and name of guest/s.

 

●Do you arrange fruits and flowers at the time of booking our reservation?

Yes, 3 days prior to arrival and you can settle your account together at check out. However, for all presents, prepayment will be required.

 

●Do you have smoking room?

Unfortunately, our property is No Smoking facility. However, there is outside covered smoking area.

 

●Provide us with your room and family bath amenities.

Room: Bedding, towels (bath and face), hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap.

Family Bath: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap are available, please take towels from your room.

Nightwear can be rented at the Front Desk.

Amenity poach set on your bed includes wash towel, tooth brush set, hair brush and room socks.

●Operating Hours:

07:00 to 22:00, there is keyed after hour entrance for our guests.

 

●Are all amenity free of charge?

Yes, amenities listed above are free of charge. Should you require additional items, please contact the Front Desk.

 

●Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, VISA, JCB, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, USJ Nicos and Ginrei.

 

●Provide your meal hours.

Dinner: Service starts between 17:30 – 19:30 Breakfast: Service starts between 07:00 – 09:00All meals are catered, reservation from one day prior will be required.

 

●Do you provide allergy meals?

Yes, your prior notification will be required.

 

●Do you provide courier service between train stations to and from hotel?

Unfortunately, we do not provide delivery service.

 

●Do you allow check out extension?

Yes, depending on room availability basis with additional fee.

 

●Do you provide welcome drink service?

Yes, Japanese tea and sweets are provided at check in. *Should guests request, welcome drink and sweets may be provided at another time.
